Full rainbow outside my window (in Christchurch, Aotearoa New Zealand Most days, I extend my normal daily commute (which is just a few metres, as I work from home) by a bike ride or walk up the hill to get some exercise… and in doing so, to get some soul-food in the form of visual (and spiritual) perspective. I like to get high enough that I can take in the view across the Canterbury plains, between my home in Christchurch, Aotearoa New Zealand
