Zelensky begins visit to US, will share ‘victory plan’ with allies. According to President Volodymyr Zelensky, he will visit an unspecified location in Pennsylvania and then travel to New York City and Washington, D.C. “Of course, I will present the ‘victory plan’ to all the leaders of the partner countries,“ he added.

Ukraine awaits Mirage 2000 jets, in talks about Gripen, Eurofighter Typhoon. Defense Minister Rustem Umerov said Ukraine has an agreement to receive Dassault Mirage 2000 jets. According to the minister, Ukraine is in talks to acquire Swedish-made Saab JAS 39 Gripen and the Eurofighter Typhoon fighters.

‘Too early to judge’ — Zelensky on success of Kursk incursion. “I’m not saying it’s a resounding success or will bring about the end of the war or the end of (Russian President Vladimir) Putin. What it has done is show our partners what we’re capable of,” President Volodymyr Zelensky said.

OSINT project reports another failed Russian nuclear missile test. Open-source intelligence project MeNMyRC reported on Sept. 19 that a test launch of Russia’s RS-28 Sarmat Super-Heavy Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) resulted in failure at the launch site in Plesetsk, Russia based on analysis of satellite images.

Zelensky calls JD Vance ‘too radical,’ says war should not end at Ukraine’s expense. In an interview with the New Yorker, President Volodymyr Zelensky said that Donald Trump’s running mate J. D. Vance is “too radical” in his ideas of how to end the war in Ukraine.

Iran provided no launchers with missile deliveries to Russia, Reuters reports. Iran did not include mobile launchers along with its delivery of ballistic missiles to Russia, Reuters reported on Sept. 21, citing three sources with knowledge of the matter.

Russia launches over 1,000 aerial weapons against Ukraine in a week. Russia has launched nearly 30 missiles, around 400 drones, and more than 900 guided aerial bombs at Ukraine over the past week, President Volodymyr Zelensky said on Sept. 22, as he called for Ukraine to be given long-range strike capabilities.
