Military: Southern forces liberate another 1.5 square kilometers near Robotyne. Ukrainian forces liberated 1.5 square kilometers of territory near Robotyne in Zaporizhzhia Oblast in the past 24 hours, Tavria grouping spokesman Oleksandr Shtupun said on Sept. 10.
General Staff: Ukrainian forces make gains in Klishchiivka, Robotyne. The General Staff of Ukraine’s Armed Forces reported on Sept. 10 that Ukrainian forces have had “partial success” in the villages of Klishchiivka and Robotyne, which are in Donetsk Oblast and Zaporizhzhia Oblast, respectively.
Top US General: Ukraine has about 30-45 days for the offensive before weather worsens. Chairman of the U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff Mark Milley said on Sept. 10 that Ukraine likely has about 30 to 45 days for the counteroffensive before the weather worsens on the ground.
WSJ: Kyiv expects to use F-16 fighter jets in combat by winter. The Ukrainian military’s top brass expect to use U.S.-made F-16 fighter jets in combat as early as this winter, the Wall Street Journal (WSJ) reported on Sept. 10. According to Kyiv’s military leadership, this optimistic schedule could give Ukrainian troops a significant new advantage on the battlefield next year.
Military intelligence: More than 420,000 Russian soldiers deployed across occupied territories. More than 420,000 Russian soldiers are deployed across occupied Ukrainian territories, Vadym Skibitsky, deputy head of Ukraine’s military intelligence, said on Sept. 9.
Governor says 2 drones destroyed over Belgorod Oblast. Vyacheslav Gladkov, governor of the Belgorod Oblast, said on his official Telegram channel that Russia’s air defense systems destroyed two drones over the region in the early hours of Sept. 11.

ISW: Ukraine continues to advance in western Zaporizhzhia Oblast. Ukrainian forces continued offensive operations in western Zaporizhzhia Oblast and advanced on Sept. 10, the Institute for the Study of War said in their latest assessment.
Maliar: Ukraine, Sweden aim to jointly produce 1,000 combat vehicles. Ukrainian Deputy Defense Minister Hanna Maliar announced on Sept. 10 that Ukraine and Sweden plan to jointly produce 1,000 CV-90 combat vehicles. While Maliar said both countries have agreed on the matter, she did not provide any details regarding the timeline or production plans.
NYT: US-based arms dealer makes fortune on Ukraine’s war. The U.S. Department of Defense has paid about $1 billion to an arms dealer who was once indicted for allegedly bribing foreign officials and has built a $200 million side business selling ammunition directly to Ukraine, the investigation published by the New York Times revealed.
Media: Russia investing in military bases along Finnish border. Russia has begun stocking its military bases on the Finnish border, according to satellite images posted by Finnish publication Yle.

Foreign volunteers’ car struck by Russian artillery in Chasiv Yar: 2 killed, 2 wounded. Two foreign volunteers were killed and two more were hospitalized when their car was struck by Russian shelling while driving through Chasiv Yar in Donetsk Oblast on Sept. 9.
Overnight Shahed attack injures 4, damages over 100 buildings in Kyiv Oblast. Damage from the overnight drone attack on Kyiv Oblast is more serious than previously reported, according to the Kyiv Oblast Military Administration.
Mediazona confirms identities of over 31,600 Russian soldiers killed in Ukraine. Through open source research, Mediazona, a Russian independent media outlet, together with BBC Russia, confirmed the names of 31,665 Russian soldiers who had been killed in the past 18 months of the full-scale war. The media organizations carry out a name-by-name count of the dead.
Ukrainian filmmaker Oleh Sentsov again injured at front line. Ukrainian filmmaker and activist Oleh Sentsov said in a post on Facebook on Sept. 10 that he was injured on the front line. According to Sentsov, who joined the military in February 2022, he has a “light contusion and another membrane tear.”
Russian attack on Kherson injures woman. A Russian attack on the city of Kherson on Sept. 10 injured a woman, the Kherson Military Administration reported. Russian forces reportedly hit the city’s Suvorovskyi district at around 5:30 p.m. local time.
Governor: 61-year-old man wounded by landmine in Kharkiv Oblast. A 61-year-old man was wounded by an anti-personnel mine in Ternova, a village in Kharkiv Oblast near the Russian border, regional governor Oleh Syniehubov reported on Sept. 10.

South Korea pledges $2.3 billion in humanitarian aid for Ukraine. South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol pledged $2.3 billion in aid for Ukraine to help the country rebuild itself and provide humanitarian support to those in need amid Russia’s ongoing full-scale war, Seoul-based news agency Yonhap reported on Sept. 10.
Bucharest demands end to Russian attacks after finding drone debris on Romanian territory. Romania’s Foreign Ministry summoned the head of the Russian mission in the country to answer for how Russian drone debris ended up in Romanian territory on Sept. 9.
