Este ano non corrín descalzo a Carreira Popular Concello de Ames.
O ano pasado o tramo que vai desde a depuradora ate a carretera xeral (máis de un quilómetro) fíxoseme moi incómodo polo abrasivo do asfalto e as pequenas pedriñas soltas. Non inspeccionara a ruta pero dei por suposto que non asfaltaron de novo, así que fun coas sandalias Enix 50. As pobres rompeulles o cordón hai uns meses pero deille un nó e siguen tirando. A dereita, a remendada, quédame algo xusta no tramo das dedas ao peche de velcro, pero non roza nin molesta, só o noto. Porén quizáis esto fai que o pe non se estire ben e a mediados da carreira notei como si se agarrotase un pouco a fascia na zona do arco do pé. Non foi a máis e non tiven problema, pero no momento fíxome ir un pouco máis suave.
O de suave é relativo, pois esos últimos 3km fun prácticamente a tope, pero con dúas cousas na cabeza:
- manter unha boa técnica, non quería ir descontrolado.
- non acabar sen forza, quería manter un sprint longo (3km).
O primeiro creo que foi ben e sobre o segundo moi ben. Puiden facer incluso os últimos 500m a 4'/km pelaos (moi ben para o meu nivel) sin sentirme crispado ou afogado.
Saín como sempre atrás do grupo para evitar problemas e coller o meu propio ritmo. Como é un 10k homologado as referencias tomadas resultaronme útiles. Así os dous primeiros quilómetros moi cómodo a 4:35 para ir pouco a pouco aumentado a 4:20 e os últimos 3 quilómetros a 4:10. Quedei satisfeito pois non tiña nin idea do ritmo e sensacións que tería nun 10k completamente chan. Xa non lembraba o último!. Os esforzos correndo polo monte son totalmente diferentes.
Outro pequeno problemiña foi que notaba como ían esvarando as cintas das sandalias na zona do talón. Non chegaron a soltarse nin nada, pero é de esas sensacións que te desconcentran ate que empezas a correr de verdade e xa nin te das conta. Igual teño que axustalas un pouco mellor. Ou se cadra é que esta cinta resbala.
O día foi perfecto para correr: sol suave e agradable e nada de vento. Puiden saudar a algúnhas persoas e ao final ver correr aos pitufiños :D
