Now I might just be thick but the only evidence I've seen of a repair is a mild dusting of plastic shavings out front my door. I might be skeptical in thinking they may have just been there as a token gesture of actual work.

I considered replying LOL WHUT but went for the direct approach Hi Joe, unfortunately it's still leaking through without any change.

Now hopefully they'll do something about it. Like call a cowboy contractor, at least they make an effort.
