I’m writing this post only really out of pent up anger and annoyance.

I updated Twitter earlier and also my journal with the news that VOX is closing down. Which considering that I didn’t post there much shouldn’t be too much skin off my arse really.

But it was a community in itself and in this day and age these communities seem to be getting axed left right and centre. Look at AOL, it was uber evil but a mega-community until Time Warner pillaged it to pieces (remember AOL bought TW originally).

I’ve got no love for 666apart and I think after their mahoosive cock ups when LiveJournal was in their sticky money hands and now this, it’s safe to say I’d keep a reasonable distance from their services and products.
